This is so adorable, I can’t stand it. It’s interesting how they made a Black Canarydude outfit that actually works!Here’s a little known bit of trivia.
When I was asked to pitch for Birds of Prey, my first pitch was absolutely terrible, with computer hacker villains that bore me now to even contemplate.
But the FUN part of it was that Black Canary had been on vacation out of the country, and when she comes back, a male Black Canary had taken her place, fishnets and all.
Still kinda bummed we never actually got to do that, it was a pretty fun ‘screw you,’ to gender stereotypes because it wasn’t played for laughs at all, and he would pose in the uber-sexy style we often saw Dinah contorted into.
